VOYAGE of the STARSHIP GENESIS two seven

AN UPDATE from the COMMAND CENTER

THE PASSENGER’s LOG 2 July 2021

COMMAND CENTER GENESIS two seven

Two important updates from the Command Center of the Starship Genesis two seven:

First we want to share our deepest and most sincere sympathies to the family of another Passenger who was also part of our crew mates. L completed her voyage this week and we are so glad to know that she is no longer having pain. Our hearts go out to her husband and mother and we know that all of you who have followed here have known about her battle with cancer. We are so thankful that the Genesis two-seven’s First Mate was able to be with her during those last hours. We look forward to seeing L again someday and know that it will be a wonderful reunion! We extend our hearts also to all she worked with at PCPA. We know they are hurting during these days and we ask the Holy Spirit to comfort them.

A second notice from the Command Center of the Genesis two seven – following a couple of episodes of distorted vision, The Passenger has learned that I have scar tissue or something that appears as a wrinkle on the membrane of the retina on my right eye. Dr. DJ calls is an Epiretinal Membrane. Surgery can be required but usually it can be overcome with adding prescription glasses. I used to wear glasses until the cataract surgery when I had new lenses put in my eyes but now the glasses will help clear the distortion. The Passenger refused requests to stand up and sing Johnny Nash’s ‘I can see clearly now…’ (Okay, NO ONE requested I sing anything… just thought that might make you smile!)

God bless,

The Passenger

I am so very blessed. My life goal continues to be a Christ-follower in every way. Of course, my family provides so much support and special people such a M have been huge in bringing my spirits where I can fight!I have over 45 years experience internationally with crisis intervention, law enforcement and military experience, contingency planning and security consulting. I began battling a terminal illness, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in February 2021. I’m chronicling my adventure on here through the page titled Voyages of the Starship GENESIS Two Seven. Come on board!
